About Me

I was born in Bogota, Colombia. My family immigrated to the U.S. when I was 7. Since I was 15 years old I have worked every FOH position from host to GM- I have done it all. I love restaurants. I think that they are pillars of communities. Restaurants are important because they allow us to engage in one of the most human experiences: breaking bread with the ones you love.

My tenure in restaurants granted me the flexibility to study graphic design, traditional sign painting and mural design which I have fallen in love with. All of these mediums can transform how customers experience your restaurant both in person an online and each are incredibly important.

Simply put, people cannot taste your food through a screen. You have to capture their attention online beforehand and lure them in. Impeccable, unique, eye-catching branding can do that. It is an essential element of appealing to the modern diner.

Let me help you do this!
